ABOUT THE COFFEE

There are many Gesha varietals but the Gesha 1931 is a cultivar from the nearby Gorigesha mountains (20 km away from the Gesha Village Coffee Estate) which nearly resembles the award winning Panamanian Gesha from the Jaramillo farm of Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama. In our eyes, a true heirloom Panamanian Gesha.

ABOUT THE FARM

The Oma farm is named after a religious leader of the Meinit tribe (the indigenous people of the land) and it's the largest farm area (67 hectare of 470 hectre) in the estate which specifically cultivates Gesha 1931.
